Ordering & pricing
Submitting an order through this portal is a request, not a binding
contract. All orders are subject to review and confirmation before they’re processed
or charged. Prices, availability, and terms are subject to change without notice.
If we find an error in a listed price after you place an order, we’ll contact you
before proceeding.
MSRP & tiered pricing
Wholesale pricing is tiered based on quantity per item. Items ordered below the
10-unit minimum are priced at MSRP and this price is not final — we’ll follow
up with an updated quote before processing. If your order includes any MSRP-priced
lines, the total shown at checkout is an estimate, not an invoice.
Wholesale accounts & resale
Accounts are issued for resale purposes only. Products purchased at
wholesale pricing are intended to be resold to end consumers and may not be
purchased for personal use at wholesale rates. We reserve the right to close
accounts that abuse wholesale pricing or violate this policy.
Product images & descriptions
Product images are representative and may not reflect the exact packaging,
color, or contents of the current production run. We try to keep descriptions
and specifications accurate, but reserve the right to correct errors at any time.
Returns, damages & issues
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt
by emailing sideboardgame@gmail.com.
Please contact us before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns may not be
accepted. Refunds, replacements, or store credit are issued at our discretion.
Cookies & privacy
We use a small cookie to keep you signed in between visits. That’s it. No
tracking, no advertising, no third parties. Your account details (name, email,
order history) are used only to process orders and contact you. We don’t
sell or share your information with anyone.
You can opt out of the persistent login cookie at any time using the
“Change cookie preference” link in the footer. If you opt out, you’ll still be
able to use the site — you’ll just need to sign in again on each new visit.

Product names, logos, and brands mentioned on this site are the property of
their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use

Account security
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any
activity that happens under your account. If you suspect your account has been
compromised, contact us immediately.
